Paul and his colleague were fantastic. Great comms before event to make sure everything was booked in properly and all facilities and requirements were understood. The hog roast was perfect for our large camping group (c.60 people) and everybody went up for seconds. There was plenty of food left over and we had it wrapped up to take home. Good value for money, great food and no hassle for the happy campers!

Paul (manager) is the most wonderful man. From the first communication to the day before my wedding I felt like I was in safe hands. The food was impressive and the staff he provided were wonderful. He is an absolute credit to this industry. Would I recommend him you ask? In a heart beat! Thank you for making our wedding day so special and memorable.

Paul provided a hog roast for my 49th birthday party and did a fantastic service.

I hired sublime catering to provide hog roast for a 60th birthday party and they did a great job. The guys were so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, the meat was tasty and the salads were lovely and fresh and there was so much of it, very plentiful. All in all the guys offered a fantastic service with equally fantastic food. I thoroughly recommend and would definitely use them again.

Paul and his team recently arranged the catering for my fathers wake at the Hythe British Legion.
The arrangements were very professionally dealt with, the buffet excellent and the service friendly and unobtrusive but most of all was able to offer advise on things we haven't even considered.

I used sublime catering for my baby shower and it’s fair to say all my guests went home well fed! The hog roast was lovely and not fatty meat that you sometime get. The food and service were both lovely and I would recommend and use again.
