I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sublime catering, they catered for our 200 guests without any problem at all. Food was excellent, and the level of service was excellent. We will be using them again soon.

Delicious food and fantastic organisation. They came with decorations/flags for the countertop and had made signs for the food which were excellent finishing touches. Super accommodating and catered for a few dietary requirements including baking some gluten and dairy free dumplings.

Paul catered a charity event for me recently and made sure that attendees were well fed and had a tasty lunch during the break in their activities. There was a small miscommunication around some of the specific dietary requirements, but Paul went out of his way to rectify this.
Delivery was timed perfectly and all went very smoothly. Paul even kindly cooked hotdogs for us as we had a lot of children in attendance.
I was also pleased to hear that unused food was donated rather than being thrown away!
A good service all-round!

We booked a hog roast as part of our day of Golden Wedding party celebrations.
We felt a bit nervous, as Sublime Catering didn’t want a deposit and didn’t contact us; we had to make phone calls to check details. BUT they turned up on time as agreed, set up and provided an excellent supper. Our one vegetarian guest was well catered for. She complimented our them on her vegetarian option, saying it was very good. There was plenty of food and all remaining food was left for us.
We would use Sublime again and would recommend them to anyone wanting a hog roast supper for a large gathering.

Sublime catering came precisely when they said to set up, the breakfast and lunch were really nice with a good selection of options. The team loved it! Good communication and very simple to deal with. Massive thanks to Paul and the team for a smooth event.

Great service by Nicole and Tracy -friendly, polite and helpful. Food was delicious and enjoyed by all - including guests with allergies and vegans. Communication prior to the event was inconsistent and and this is the only area that could be improved upon. Great value for money and I would definitely recommend to others and use again.
