Paul and the team catered for an event of 40 adults and around 15 children. The setup was really nice and professional. More importantly all my guests commented on how tasty and great the food was...and they are a hard bunch to please. It is always a worry that there may not be enough food, but the team catered enough, that many people even had seconds, including myself.

Will most definitely use again without a doubt, and I can highly recommend!

I was planning a company party and our original caterers cancelled with 24 hours' notice. I put out a desperate plea to this website and Paul contacted me within a few minutes. He was confident and reassured me that he could save our event. He was flexible with my wishes and very kind. On the day, his van broke down so he was late to arrive but his communication was superb and he moved mountains to get the food and chefs to the event in good time. He was very apologetic but the food was delicious and the delay was a small wrinkle compared to having no food at our staff party, which would've been our reality had he not stepped up at the last minute. We will definitely use Sublime Catering again. Thanks, Paul!

I had to find caterers really last minute and I'm so lucky I found Sublime. They took care of everything!

We had Sublime Catering come to a church celebration to serve a BBQ to 130 adults. The staff were friendly and polite, the food was tasty and well presented.
There was a selection of burgers, salads and condiments, all tasty.
They arrived on time and tidied away well, anything that they needed they asked for politely.
They were considerate of the church meeting that they came to serve in.
I would recommend this business for BBQ’s!

Absolutely brilliant start to finish. Excellent communication and I felt very confident with the whole service. Food was all home made and British - the queue spoke volumes! Everyone was very happy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sublime Catering for any event - we would book them again in a heartbeat. Thank you for supporting a big charity event
