Sublime Catering Limited

Paul and his team were great! I'd highly recommend using Sublime. The food van was a huge hit - they sold out of hot dogs! - and we absolutely loved having them at our event. Paul also brought along a speaker and played Christmas music in our little food court area, which made everything feel even more special. They were super helpful and lovely to deal with. Highly recommended.

Paul and his team were really helpful, provided an excellent service and yummy food, understood our event needs and work to to brief as a cooperate event.

Paul at Sublime could not have been more helpful. On top of the service he provided he gave us a lot of support and advice. Thank you Paul for being so accommodating.

Sublime Catering were accommodating to our last minute booking and budget for a charity Football Tournament. Paul was a reassuring point of contact and very reliable. Thank you so much for your service.

Amazing Delicious food and service .Very professional

From start to finish absolutely perfect .
Not one grain of rice left from a magnificent Paella for over 100 people.
Paul you and your team are brilliant.

Paul was really easy to deal with, I didn’t have to worry about anything.
The BBQ was great, the food and service was spot on.
Everyone really enjoyed the day.
Thanks again mate

Paul and the team catered for an event of 40 adults and around 15 children. The setup was really nice and professional. More importantly all my guests commented on how tasty and great the food was...and they are a hard bunch to please. It is always a worry that there may not be enough food, but the team catered enough, that many people even had seconds, including myself.

Will most definitely use again without a doubt, and I can highly recommend!

Stepped in very last minute to help with a corporate bbq after we had previously been let down. Fantastic food with a variety of choice, catered to our needs and excellent service from start to finish. Would definitely use again for any catering required events

I was planning a company party and our original caterers cancelled with 24 hours' notice. I put out a desperate plea to this website and Paul contacted me within a few minutes. He was confident and reassured me that he could save our event. He was flexible with my wishes and very kind. On the day, his van broke down so he was late to arrive but his communication was superb and he moved mountains to get the food and chefs to the event in good time. He was very apologetic but the food was delicious and the delay was a small wrinkle compared to having no food at our staff party, which would've been our reality had he not stepped up at the last minute. We will definitely use Sublime Catering again. Thanks, Paul!
