About Sublime Catering Limited
Sublime Catering Limited supplier of quality fresh food, we specialise in canape parties, wedding receptions, and corporate catering, hog and lamb roasts , the finest paella ,we are based in Hastings, but cover the whole of the south of England, there is not job to small to cater for or to big to handle, all our ingredients are locally sourced.
All our food is freshly prepared on site or at our Sussex unit. All our chefs are passionate about providing and excellent product and service to our clients.

Stepped in very last minute to help with a corporate bbq after we had previously been let down. Fantastic food with a variety of choice, catered to our needs and excellent service from start to finish. Would definitely use again for any catering required events
Last minute saviour with great communication
I was planning a company party and our original caterers cancelled with 24 hours' notice. I put out a desperate plea to this website and Paul contacted me within a few minutes. He was confident and reassured me that he could save our event. He was flexible with my wishes and very kind. On the day, his van broke down so he was late to arrive but his communication was superb and he moved mountains to get the food and chefs to the event in good time. He was very apologetic but the food was delicious and the delay was a small wrinkle compared to having no food at our staff party, which would've been our reality had he not stepped up at the last minute. We will definitely use Sublime Catering again. Thanks, Paul!
Great service
I had to find caterers really last minute and I'm so lucky I found Sublime. They took care of everything!
Friendly and helpful team
We had Sublime Catering come to a church celebration to serve a BBQ to 130 adults. The staff were friendly and polite, the food was tasty and well presented.
There was a selection of burgers, salads and condiments, all tasty.
They arrived on time and tidied away well, anything that they needed they asked for politely.
They were considerate of the church meeting that they came to serve in.
I would recommend this business for BBQ’s!

Great food at a really sensible price
Lovely company - provided everything that we needed, on time at a great price. Guests were all fed and we had loads left over. Happy guests and pork curry for the rest of the week! Fabulous x
FANTASTIC WOULD 100% BOOK THEM AGAIN
Absolutely brilliant start to finish. Excellent communication and I felt very confident with the whole service. Food was all home made and British - the queue spoke volumes! Everyone was very happy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sublime Catering for any event - we would book them again in a heartbeat. Thank you for supporting a big charity event
Communication was great.
The service was great, but I think there could have been more salad as we ran out, also the stuffing was missing, but overall very good value for money.
