About Sublime Catering Limited
Sublime Catering Limited supplier of quality fresh food, we specialise in canape parties, wedding receptions, and corporate catering, hog and lamb roasts , the finest paella ,we are based in Hastings, but cover the whole of the south of England, there is not job to small to cater for or to big to handle, all our ingredients are locally sourced.
All our food is freshly prepared on site or at our Sussex unit. All our chefs are passionate about providing and excellent product and service to our clients.

Great service and food.
We engaged Sublime to provide Paella for my 50th birthday party at our house. We were delighted with the food and service and our guests were very impressed. Paul was very flexible and provided 2 different Paellas as well as delicious home made sausage canapes. He also cleared away and left the kitchen completely clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend Sublime and would use them again.
Excellent hog roast!
I used this Sublime catering ltd for my 50th birthday party. The food was delicious with many of the guests commenting that it was the best hog roast they had tasted. There was plenty of food for 100 guests and lots of side dishes such as salad and coleslaw to accompany the food. The service was excellent, providing a waitress to serve the food. I would recommend Sublime catering services to all my friends and family and would definitely use them again. The cost was fairly priced too. Lovely food, great service, great staff
Booked Sublime Catering for a staff summer event in Uckfield for over 100 people. The rain was awful but Sublime delivered perfectly. Great, fresh BBQ which saw people going up for more. Highly recommended!
Friendly reliableteam
Sublime Catering ran a BBQ for 70 people at a recent camping trip. They showed up nice & early and provided more than enough food for everyone - indeed there were lots of leftovers for us to enjoy later. The team were really friendly and were accommodating of a seed allergy, ensuring that all of the food was nut & seed free. Recommended.

We booked the caterer for a family meal for my dad's 70th. We had a chef and waitress turn up and cook a 3 course meal for us. They were very professional and did a great job. The food was lovely. Would highly recommend.
