We had a wonderful wonderful evening with Paul. Communication was fantastic leading up to the event with Paul catering for a vegan and someone with a gluten intolerance. We had lots of input into the menu which was great.

In the evening he arrived on time and was the perfect amount of attentive. Left us alone whilst we were eating but also made a few jokes whilst we were talking. The food was delicious!!

Everything was washed up and put back away at the end with the sides washed down. You wouldn’t have known he had visited!!

I also want to send my sincere thanks as I made a terrible error and underpaid him. I felt awful but he was calm and understanding.

I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Thankyou for a brill evening!

Paul and his team delivered a 5 star service for our Christmas corporate event on the 8th and 9th December. Not only was the hog roast and veggie spicy bean burgers delicious but the potato salad, coleslaw and mixed salad platters were exceptional. They went above and beyond creating birds out of foil to decorate the table. If we are able to have a summer event I shall be contacting Sublime Catering. Thank you Paul, Donald and Paul, you guys were brilliant!

Paul and his Team were outstanding from the very first communication through to the actual event. Paul listened to what we wanted and was happy to make a few last minute changes. Sublime Catering were hired for a corporate event in celebration of Black History Month so we arranged for specifically Caribbean catering. D had vast knowledge of the ingredients and preparation plus a passion for food which came through when he was explaining to the guests. The service provided by Paul and D was extremely professional and everyone had great reviews of the food... even going back for more! Thanks again, we will definitely use their services again!

I highly recommend this company. The food was excellent, with all my guests telling me how highly impressed they were, not only with the food but the service provided.
