Paul was very polite, efficient and professional. He was polite and basically came in, done his stuff and left. Presentation was great and. Every item tasted wonderful.

As a last point Paul was very easy to communicate with which made everything go smoothly.

We hired Sublime for a Wake for my father and they made a difficult day a lot easier for us. The service by the staff was wonderful and very respectful, food was fabulous and drinks refilled when needed. Very professional with everything provided and cleared after. We can't thank them enough, it lifted a weight from our shoulders with the service they provided for us.

We had Paul and Derek from Sublime Catering cater for our hen do celebrations in Folkstone and they were great. The menu was a crowdpleaser, their service was fab, and they helped to make for a great pre-wedding celebration! Could recommended them enough - excellent value for money too.

Catered for my Mother’s wake, from first contact everything was perfect, I was contacted politely regarding time, menu choice and how I wanted the staff to conduct themselves. The food choice and presentation was excellent, the staff we there keeping all aspects flowing from tea/ coffee on arrival to keeping the buffet tidy to clearing away, and what a great idea to offer to take left over food to the homeless and even making a note of my mother’s name. Amazing value for money, I had lots of compliments to pass on to you, Well done Paul and staff at Sublime, you made a stressful day easier with your 100% service !

Paul catered a Christmas meal for 25 people at a rented house. It was the first time using a caterer and we will definitely do so again! Paul made the whole experience so seamless and he was very accommodating to all my guests’ specific requirements. Thanks so much!
