Hi, I'm James, the owner of Tendring Event DJs. I've been involved in the entertainment industry for many years, starting out as a drummer in a busy wedding and function band while also providing DJ services alongside the live performances. Although I no longer play the drums professionally, I now dedicate all my time to DJing—and I genuinely love what I do. Every event is unique, and that's what makes this job so rewarding. I enjoy meeting new people, creating unforgettable memories, and ensuring every celebration is tailored to my clients and their guests. Whether it's a wedding, birthday party, corporate event, or special occasion, my aim is always to make it an experience that people will remember. With many years of experience in professional sound and lighting, I pride myself on delivering a high-quality setup and performance at every event. I don't just turn up to play music—I create an atmosphere and put on a show. From impressive lighting effects and lasers to a large LED visual screen for displaying music visuals, photos, or personalised messages, I go the extra mile to make every event feel truly special. I've been DJing for many years and am proud to be the resident DJ at both the Waterfront and the Royal Oak in Harwich, Essex. Each year, I perform at around 80–90 events, including weddings, private parties, corporate functions, and venue residencies. This wealth of experience allows me to confidently read the room, keep the dance floor full, and create memorable events for every client.

We primarily provide DJ services for weddings and private parties, but we also cater to corporate events, delivering the same high-quality entertainment for business functions and professional gatherings. Recent Corporate clients include, Trinity House, The Parachute Regiment of the British Army and Veolia waste.
