The Chippie Van

Following the success of our multi-national award-winning fish and chip shop 'Angel Lane Chippie' in Penrith, Cumbria we decided to hit the road to compliment our offering of great fish and chips. We now have 2 vans operating in Cumbria, North Lancashire and South West Scotland. We have recently won the North West Region in the National Fish and Chip Shop of the Year Awards 2019, UK Top 50 & Top 10 and many more awards over the years. We are available to party sizes of 70ppl - 800ppl. We have over 15 years experience in serving traditional fish and chips. What makes us different from other Fish and Chip caterers locally? We use only the finest fresh fish battered with a secret recipe homemade batter that is light, golden and crisp. Our chips are made by us fresh every day (non of this frozen). All of our menu is of the best quality and made with pride. Whether you're organising a wedding, birthday, anniversary, funeral or commercial catering event we cater for and can adapt the menu and service to meet your individual requirements. Our vehicle(s) are totally self contained. We have served at hotels, village halls, sports clubs, schools and private homes and even in the middle of fields. We cover Cumbria and North Lancashire.
