Our Story
Inspired by a love of coffee, community and conversation, I made a bold step to start my own business - The Coffee Bocs. The name of the business comes from a very simple desire to make it clear to people what I serve, but also the word Bocs is the welsh word for box, so a nod to my heritage. I have spent more years than I care to admit to working for big brand companies in retail and hospitality, working my way to director level so have experience in what good customer service should be.
Our Team
My name is Jo and running a small business is challenging as I am having to create my own future, but i absolutely love it! I try to support other small businesses so everything I use on The Coffee Bocs is supplied by another small business and sourced as locally to me as possible.
Experience
I have had over 30 years experience in the retail and hospitality sector, working my way up to Director level at my most recent roles. I believe my experience in customer centric businesses and a focus on professionalism and delivering a top class service have really underpinned the way I approach running my own business.
