Hello! I'm Alex, and welcome to The Dawdling Duck Mobile Bar - Serving Kent, Sussex and the South East.
With years of experience and over a hundred events behind us, you are about to choose one of the best mobile bars around. From huge wedding receptions and corporate events to intimate back garden parties - we will bring a touch of style, elegance and flair to your event.
Our converted horsebox bar is perfect for outdoor festival style events, whilst ever popular and unique vintage wooden bar in perfect for indoor and covered venues.

From first contact to post-event, we will be there to answer all your questions, provide advice and be part of your planning - contributing to your event being stress-free and made extra special.
Our wedding packages are fully flexible, giving you the ability to choose what style of drinks service you would like, when drinks are served and for how long. We're more than happy to serve drinks that you provide, and we can also organise glassware for reception drinks, the wedding breakfast and for toasting.

Just wonderful!!
We couldn't have been more pleased with our booking of the Dawdling Duck for our wedding party. Alex was helpful and communicative from the beginning right up until the day, fast to respond and able to answer any questions. The team arrived early on the day to set up and ensure everything was ready for when guests arrived. Throughout the day we received many compliments not only about the choice of drinks available and team running the bar, but also how beautiful the horse box bar was. It was completely in keeping with our garden party setting and made a beautiful feature! We would highly recommend The Dawdling Duck to anyone planning a party or wedding!
The absolute BEST decision we ever made!
Wow - Alex and team you guys worked SO hard for the whole day, serving up an array of cocktails, shots and beers. I don't know how you manage to fit so much in the horsebox, it was like a tardis! Our guests were so happy with the drinks served, and everyone complimented all staff members on how efficient and polite they were. Alex truly put our mind and ease and made sure everything went smoothly, constantly clearing, cleaning and serving - and checking in with me which I really appreciated! (I definitely got bridge privileges!) We would 100% recommend this company to any bride and groom, or anyone who needs a drinks van :) thank you all from the bottom of our hearts, it was the best day of our lives, Ellie and Tom x
Fantastic Sevice
I hired The Dawdling Duck for my wedding party and they were fantastic. Alex handled everything. Great communication in the lead up, from booking right up until the event. Alex was quick to answer any questions and give advice and ideas. Alex created our own signature cocktails and provided specific drinks to our guests requirements. Beautiful horsebox, well decorated , staff were friendly and well presented. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Alex was so responsive and helpful with any queries. On the day Alex and the team were amazing. Not one person was ever without a drink, there were so many drink choices everyone had their favourite all night and the prices were really reasonable. All of the guests highlighted to me that the bar was one of the best they'd ever encountered at a wedding. Cannot recommend enough!
