About The Experience Bureau

The Experience Bureau supports growing London companies with venue-led team socials and hosted experiences that are easy to organise and run smoothly. We work closely with People, HR, and Operations teams to handle everything from venue sourcing and logistics to on-the-day coordination, so teams can simply turn up and enjoy the experience. Our focus is on clarity, reliability, and low-friction delivery — offering proven formats for 20–100 person teams without unnecessary complexity. Whether it’s a midweek team social or a hosted experience, we make bringing people together straightforward and stress-free.

Our Story

The Experience Bureau was created to make team socials and internal events easier to organise. Too often they’re important but time-consuming, and end up adding pressure to already busy People and Operations teams. With a background in production across film, TV, digital, and live formats, I apply the same planning and delivery skills to team experiences — keeping things simple, well-organised, and stress-free. The focus is always on reliable execution, so teams can turn up, connect, and enjoy the experience without overthinking it.

Our Team

The Experience Bureau is led by Amron, a producer and operator with a background in film, TV, digital, and live production. With experience managing complex projects under pressure, Amron brings a calm, detail-focused approach to delivering well-organised team socials and hosted experiences. The business works with a trusted network of venues, hosts, and suppliers, bringing together the right people for each event. This flexible, hands-on approach allows The Experience Bureau to stay focused on clarity, reliability, and smooth delivery, ensuring every experience runs seamlessly from planning through to execution.

Experience

I have several years of experience in hospitality and live events, working across venues and event-led environments where smooth operations and guest experience matter. My background includes delivering team socials and private events, coordinating venues, suppliers, and on-the-day logistics. This hands-on experience led to the creation of The Experience Bureau, combining hospitality know-how with structured delivery to help companies run simple, well-organised team experiences. The focus is always on reliability, flow, and repeat bookings, rather than awards or hype.

We typically work with London-based companies of 20–150 people, particularly in creative, media, marketing, and professional services sectors. Our clients are usually People, HR, or Operations teams looking for reliable, low-effort ways to organise team socials and hosted experiences without adding to their workload. The events we support range from midweek team socials and celebrations to hosted experiences and light offsites, usually for groups of 20–50 people. Clients come to us when they want something that feels well thought-through and enjoyable, but don’t have the time or capacity to plan it themselves.
