My wife and I have been running The Green Kitchen in Nottinghamshire for the last 10 years. All our food is Home Cooked and can best be described as 'slow food' with a traditional Britsh style.

The Green Kitchen has been in business for 10 years and is based in Nottinghamshire. We operate out of a Gazebo and display our menu items on blackboards - you may have seen us in our Christmas chalet at the Nottingham Winter Wonderland. Our kitchen runs completely on LPG gas, so we can set up anywhere. We have all the relevant documentation to trade legally and safely, with comprehensive insurance cover.
Our signature product is Duck Fat Roast Potatoes, which we serve with homemade Steak and Ale Stew.
Other bestsellers include: BBQ chicken, hot from the grill served in a bread roll; butcher's pork sausages in a rich, sticky port sauce; faggots with minted mushy peas and apple and thyme gravy; home roast gammon with homemade piccalilli. All are served with our crispy, duck fat roast potatoes. We offer homemade limeade as a delicious cold drink.
We are happy to discuss and suggest menu ideas for your specific occasion. Our approach is flexible and we like to cook what our customer wants - anything from a full English "Green Kitchen" breakfast to hand-pressed gourmet burgers!
