The Shed Events & Hospitality brings delicious food, stylish mobile bars and professional service directly to your event. Based in Shropshire and covering Shropshire, Herefordshire and surrounding areas, we cater for weddings, private parties, corporate events, festivals and special occasions.

From relaxed street food and BBQs to elegant wedding breakfasts, sharing platters, grazing tables and buffets, our experienced catering team creates menus designed around your event and your guests.

Alongside our catering, we offer a range of mobile bar services, including our beautifully converted horsebox bars and stylish indoor pop-up bars. Our bars can be tailored to suit your event, with options including welcome drinks, Prosecco, cocktails, draught beer and cider, alongside fully staffed bar service.

We can provide a complete food and drink solution, with our team taking care of everything from menu planning and food preparation to chefs, waiting staff, bar staff, crockery, cutlery, glassware and linen.

What started as a little idea in a back garden during lockdown – converting an old horsebox into a mobile bar – has grown into something far bigger than we could ever have imagined. We wanted to bring people together with great drinks and a friendly atmosphere, and what began as a small project quickly became a thriving business. With amazing reviews, happy couples, and countless unforgettable events behind us, we couldn’t be prouder of the journey so far. Our business is run by Darren, Emily, and Alex, who have been friends for over 14 years. Alex and Emily have been married for seven of those years, and in a lovely twist, we are now the preferred caterers at their own wedding venue, Delbury Hall – truly the definition of having the best job ever!

A big milestone came in 2023 when we took over the franchise at Leominster Golf Club, and The Shed Bar and Kitchen was born. This gave us the perfect base to showcase our love for good food and drink. From there, our mobile catering offering really took off, and this year we’ve enjoyed a fantastic wedding season at Delbury Hall, serving happy couples and their guests on such special occasions. Most recently, we’ve expanded even further by taking on two local pubs, allowing us to bring our passion for hospitality to the heart of more communities. We’re incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received along the way. What started as a simple back-garden project has grown into a diverse and thriving hospitality business.
