The Sizzling Herd is a mobile catering trailer run by Syd, a farmer's daughter born and raised on a dairy and beef farm in West Sussex.
We specialise in quality British farm-to-fork street food, serving everything from freshly cooked breakfast rolls, gourmet burgers and hotdogs, to toasties, paninis, homemade chilli, pulled pork and pizzas - all made with locally sourced, farm assured ingredients.
Based permanently in the South Downs National Park near Halnaker, we also cater for a wide variety of events including equestrian competitions, agricultural shows, tractor runs, fetes, parties, weddings and corporate events. We hold a 5-star food hygiene rating and are fully insured and registered. Our menus are completely adaptable - we love working with customers to create the perfect menu for their event, whatever the occasion!
