The White Oak started with a simple idea: to create something a little different for weddings and celebrations. Something stylish, welcoming and memorable.

At the heart of The White Oak is our beautifully converted horsebox bar, complemented by a carefully chosen collection of event extras and finishing touches.

From flower walls and light-up LOVE letters to our Prosecco wall, slushie machine and personalised engraved YETIs, everything we offer has been chosen to help make your celebration feel that little bit more special.

We’re building The White Oak around quality, attention to detail and genuinely good service — helping couples and hosts create events their guests will remember for all the right reasons.

The White Oak may be a new name, but our experience in mobile bar and event hire isn’t. We’ve provided our horsebox bar for weddings and celebrations and were proud to be nominated in the Welsh Wedding Awards. We’re now bringing that experience to The White Oak, with a fresh new look and an expanded range of services.

We mainly work with couples planning weddings, as well as clients organising parties, celebrations and special events. From relaxed countryside weddings to larger receptions, we provide our horsebox bar and event extras to anyone looking for something stylish, memorable and a little different for their day.

We take professionalism, safety and responsible service seriously. Our team holds the relevant personal alcohol licences and food safety qualifications, and we maintain appropriate public liability insurance for our events. We follow responsible alcohol-service, food hygiene and event-safety practices, giving our clients confidence that their celebration is in safe hands.
