Toastie Guys was started in 2023 by David Jessup. He was born and bred in Wiltshire and is now living near Frome, Somerset.
We aim is to create 'A Hearty Toastie like no other' using the best local Somerset cheeses and ingredients. Our delicious sourdough bread has zero additives and preservatives and is made for us by an award-winning bakery based in Bristol.
You can choose from four different wheels of cheese, Somerset Mature Cheddar, Bath Blue Cheese, Brie, and Raclette. These toasties are suitable for vegetarians.
And what better way to compliment these wholesome toasties than with some delicious homemade fillings.
Typical menu:
1. The 3 Cheese Toastie - Westcountry Mature Cheddar, Mozzarella and Raclette
2. Bath Blue Cheese, Medium Somerset Cheddar with homemade Apricot chutney
3. Brie and Mozzarella with homemade sundried tomato & basil pesto
*** with option to add chorizo or ham to any other the options***
4. Kids medium cheddar with ham
Toastie Guys uses an attractive gazebo which runs all year round and we decorate as required and to suit the event.
We use biodegradable trays, cutlery and cups to serve our customers to keep it green.

We are regular traders at the The Frome Independent Market and Harbourside Street Food Market in Bristol. We have also catered for weddings, birthday parties and corporate events.
