Candy Cart was cancelled 3 days before the evente

We received a message 3 days befire our wedding party to say the cart had been damaged the night before and there was only one other which was not available. We have since noticed that the company no longer cover HERTS area. Messages to the company prior to their email were not replied to. We were given a full refund but at short notice were only able to find a replacement which cost an additional £60. Very disappointing

Hi Jill, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Just to clarify, we absolutely do cover Hertfordshire and regularly provide our services for weddings and events there and nationwide. Regarding the cart, unfortunately, it was damaged by a previous customer, and with such a short turnaround time between events, we weren’t able to repair it in time. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we processed your refund immediately. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this caused and hope you still had a wonderful day.

Fantastic Service. Great cart and sweets

My wife and I held a joint party for our milestone birthdays. Cart from the Heart offers a great product and great service. Their communication was great and they were very flexible in terms of collection time. Cart from the Heart helped us make a fantastic party and we were really happy.
