Wild West Midlands Coffee

My partner and I converted a Suzuki Carry Pick-up into our dream western themed coffee bar! We have a full-size commercial espresso machine and grinder to serve up excellent quality espresso on the go!

Our coffee is from Monsoon Estates Coffee, based in Stratford-upon-Avon. We offer their espresso blend, which medium roast with notes of chocolate and caramel. We also serve their Brazilian Swiss Water Decaf, which has a natural sweetness and just a hint of chocolate.

Our aim is to be as environmentally-conscious as possible, so we decided to spend a little extra time and money to build our coffee system to run off 2 lithium-iron batteries, instead of the usual LPG gas or diesel generator. This means we run much at a much lower volume than other food trucks, and will not produce any on-site emissions.
Our hot cups are fully recyclable and compostable due to their aqueous lining, and our RPET cold cups are fully recyclable.

We serve all of our drinks with non-dairy milk due to their lower contributions to carbon emissions and smaller amount of land used to produce. We love the taste of MOMA oat milk with all of our drinks, so we use this as standard, but we also have Alpro barista almond and coconut milk, as well as their soya blend made specially for tea.

We stock Oatopia flapjacks if you're after a sweet treat to go with your drink. They are a family-run artisan flapjack business. We can provide multiple flavours if discussed in advance.
