Willow’s Earth serves speciality coffee, matcha and bubble tea inspired by the equestrian lifestyle, crafted with ethically sourced ingredients and a focus on exceptional flavour. Customers choose us because we bring warmth, quality and creativity to every event. We produce drinks that feel thoughtful, memorable and made with genuine care.

Willow's Earth began as my way of bringing together two things I care deeply about: great coffee and the equestrian lifestyle. After years working as a journalist and content strategist, I wanted to create something more hands-on, something that brought people joy in the moment.

It also grew from a mother and son business idea. My 13-year-old son Hayden wanted to start his own bubble tea business, and what began as a summer project for us quickly turned into a thriving drinks brand.

Willow's Earth Coffee started serving coffee, matcha and bubble tea at school fairs and market stalls, but then we got a regular slot at the Chequers Inn for the weekend morning breakfast service. We've also done major events like the Shoreham Heavy Horse Show. We want to cater to events across Kent.

I do this because I love creating drinks that feel thoughtful, ethical and memorable, and because nothing beats seeing people light up when they try something new.

I started the business as a hobby in January 2026, but my son and I turned it into a viable business in the summer months with regular slots at the Chequers Inn in Sevenoaks, catering to the Shoreham Heavy Horse Show and Inspire Me Equestrian's Udifest, to name but a few events. We serve coffee, matcha and bubble tea and have also expanded to serving food.

I cater to equestrian events, markets, school fairs and parties.
