With over 30 years combined experience in the hospitality industry, we decided it was time to use our unique skill set as a team to create a business showing our passion and providing truly memorable and unique experiences for our customers.
Pippa, Craig and Martin met when they were thrown together in a small restaurant in East Wittering back in 2018. We quickly realised how well we work together as team, perfectly complimenting each other and working seamlessly to provide our guests with incredible food and the matching service expected to compliment.
We provide a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Pippa, your front of house expert will make you feel instantly comfortable and relaxed. She is so easy to talk to, but also provides a professional front of house service. Craig, our head chef, is passionate about crating beautiful, tasty and well presented dishes. He loves to use fresh, local and quality produce and meticulously plans to ensure perfect execution of his dishes. Martin will be found out and about with suppliers, ensuring that we are using quality produce, from local suppliers and using local ingredients where possible. He will be assisting Craig in the kitchen, on the night, and working alongside Pippa behind the scenes of the business. 3 friendly professionals, working together to provide relaxed fine dining in the comfort of your own home.
