Jamie leads the kitchen, bringing years of experience from restaurant kitchens and private dining. His approach focuses on seasonal ingredients, refined flavours, and creating memorable dining experiences tailored to each event.
Jack is also a chef within the business, working alongside Jamie in the kitchen and during events. He brings strong technical ability, consistency, and reliability, helping to deliver high-quality dishes and smooth service from prep to plating.
Maddie supports client communication, coordination, and the guest experience. Her warm and organised approach ensures clients feel looked after from the first enquiry through to the event day.
Together, we work as a close, collaborative team dedicated to thoughtful cooking, seamless service, and making every event feel personal and professionally delivered.

Jack brings solid chef experience from multiple kitchens, most notably his time at Pendolva, where he developed strong technical ability, consistency, and organisation. He works confidently across all styles of service, from relaxed family dinners to high-pressure event environments.
Maddie has also worked at Ugly Butterfly, giving her valuable experience in premium hospitality, service flow, and guest care. She supports communication, planning, and the overall client journey, helping ensure every event feels smooth, warm, and well organised.
