Adam's sign off on emails is keep smilin and that is exactly what he did! He was absolutely fantastic when we booked him to join us on our VT shoot in Dartmoor. It was pouring with rain and horrifically windy but Adam never stopped smiling and it cheered up the whole crew. He was extremely accommodating when we made last minute changes and his positive attitude was infectious. We relocated and finally got to taste his delicious pulled pork and what no bacon beans, the whole crew loved them and even went back for seconds! I would highly recommend The Aussie Smoker for your next event.
