About The Deli Truck

We specialise in Southern USA-style food, including ribs, pulled pork and Cajun specialities.

Our catering operation goes the extra mile - we can cook and present almost any style of food your events require. Our 30-year-old former NATO Ambulance has been fitted out with a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, and with our onboard generators, we can cater anywhere at any time.

The Deli Truck was started by a former television war correspondent and a city analyst who couldn't find a caterer who was passionate about quality ingredients, local sourcing and provenance. After a successful launch in 2013, the Deli Truck has gone from strength to strength.

The Deli Truck is now the go-to caterer in the South East for a fun, stylish and homemade food experience. We have legions of very happy clients.

Typical Clients

We provide high end gourmet catering for weddings, parties and corporate events. Our food is responsibly sourced, is full of flavour and everything we serve is made in our own kitchens. As you can see in our photo gallery we can cater for informal 21st birthday parties, weddings and formal black tie dinners for up to 200 guests.

Absolutely amazing!

The Deli truck came to cater for lunch at our wedding. Dennis is absolutely lovely and was very organised and great with communication before the event. He made sure we knew exactly how it would work beforehand and he helped us try to organise how everyone would get fed without having to queue too long. The food was delicious, everyone at the wedding commented, and was perfect for a spring/summer day. The pulled pork in particular was one of the best i’ve had with spot on home made bbq sauce. The ice cream tent was a real winner with our guests. The home made ice cream was outstanding and everyone enjoyed the fun toppings. I can not recommend the deli truck enough! Brilliant!!

Amazing food, great customer service

The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Communication was prompt and concise and the team were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.
