We are The Dough Shack and we serve authentic Neapolitan pizzas from our wood fired mobile Pizza truck!
The Dough Shack journey began in the kitchens of pizza houses around southwest London and Brighton where Aaron & the team would use their spare time to fuse together signature ingredients with alternative toppings. These experiences have enabled us to create a delicious tasting menu which caters for all meat lovers, vegetarians and vegans.
We have now been operating for a number of years and have built a great reputation with private clients which we have worked with for special events, but also with the local community where we provide fresh Pizza for on a daily basis.
With Pizzas taking just 90 seconds to cook, we are able to cater for a high volume of people, from 50 to 300, whilst still delivering an extremely high standard! We do also have the potential to cater for more depending of the length of the event.
Whether the catering you need is for a Wedding, Birthday or corporate event we are able to deliver an eye catching experience which will ensure all guests will not forget your special occasion!

Fantastic service.
Fantastic service. Beautiful van. Everyone who saw the van said how upmarket and gorgeous it was. The two chefs on duty were friendly and professional. The pizzas were delicious, really delicious. Will definitely use the Dough Shack again. Highly recommended.
