Francesca is AMAZING at what she does. From start to finish Francesca was brilliant and just so lovely. My wife is gluten intolerant and she made our whole 4 tier cake gluten free for no extra charge! And I can promise you it tasted sensational. Francesca was more than accommodating when we had to change our wedding date, despite having a number of other commitments she made it work. The cake looked so perfect.
