There was good communication before the event and no problem setting up their gazebo in the middle of a mown grass area on our country estate - food was cooked using their own equipment and they had a keep-hot system too. Food was available for 90 minutes, still hot. They catered to our requirements using fresh ingredients and the salads were all freshly made, not bought in. The staff were friendly and keen to please, and they also cleared up afterwards with speed, without disturbing the ongoing party. We were able to take all leftovers away too. This was the ideal company to use for an open air venue where you want good quality hot and cold BBQ style food but have no electricity supply. I recommend The Hairy Coo 100%.
