Here at the low and slow bbq co, we do what it says on the tin, big chunks of specially selected pork, beef, lamb and turkey, cooked to perfection.
We select and butcher our own meat, make our own sausage , burgers, cured hams, and are fully licences by the Shropshire Council, with a five star hygiene rating
We make everything from scratch ourselves, so you can be sure of superb quality.
Typically we will serve you a selection of hot sliced bbq meat, with a selection of sides such as home made salads, breads, sweet corn, posh baked potatoes etc. we will cater for dietary needs and allergies.
