About The TeaPod
Let us be part of your special day
The TeaPod is perfect for birthday or themed parties, retirement dos, seasonal celebrations like July 4th, Halloween or Christmas and informal get-togethers. We specialise in teas, vegetarian crêpes and vegan waffles as well as mouth-watering milkshakes and soft drinks. We can also offer hot chocolate, mulled wine and the occasional cup of coffee!
The toppings for our freshly-made crêpes and waffles can be tailored to your theme and you can relax knowing that your guests have a wide choice of savoury and sweet options.
We arrive at least two hours in advance, set-up quickly and take all our rubbish away with us.

Our pretty trailer is perfect for your Big Day, designed to fit beautifully into any wedding setting, including your home. Intimate gatherings are our speciality.
First thing, you may want light bites and refreshments for you and your bridal party - our unique "Bridal Brunch or Groom's Grazing" option might suit.
At your main venue, we can serve refreshments throughout the day: breakfast, mid-morning/afternoon and early evening.
We’re happy to tailor the menu to serve your favourite treats to suit you, your budget and your guests and if you need wedding favours check out the PODCraft

Food and service was great
Therese was lovely and everyone loved the food and a great variety to choose from.

Therese went above and beyond our expectations, not only was the food and drink outstanding but she looked after customers by giving them sun cream! Genuinely, over the moon, I'm even more pleased I found out she caters for weddings, now I have used her at a corporate event I will most certainly be using her for personal ones! I recently used Tea Pod for a work event and Therese was easy to communicate with, helping to design the menu for individual dietary needs and spelling out exactly what would happen on the day. The pancakes were delicious and the guests loved The Tea Pod!

Fabulous Service - Highly Recommend The Tea Pod !!
Therese and her team looked after us at our 62nd Doe Show in Ulting, near Maldon, Essex on 1st, 2nd and 3rd February 2022 with a dry hire for our event. The service they provided was excellent, they were so enthusiastic, fun and super friendly and polite to our exhibitors, customers and visitors and we had great feedback from everyone. Nothing was too much trouble and all the little touches were very much appreciated. They even brought dog treats for our visiting furry friends and went above and beyond to make sure that people were welcomed and provided for. Oh wow, what a way to do evening food!
From the moment we booked the Tea Pod there was an air of professionalism mixed with a friendly nature. We knew roughly what we wanted but were over the moon when Therese called us and worked through a menu for us to serve at our wedding!
On the day, the pod was beautiful and clean and fit so well with what we were going for and the food and milkshakes were out of this world.
I know a few of the guests stocked up towards the end of the night to take back to their rooms for after the party finished...
