About Twiddle - Love of Food
I teach people how to make fresh pasta from scratch with a Hungarian twist. I also teach what ingredients to use to achieve the best texture, how to colour with fresh or dried ingredients. I demonstrate how to make several different shapes.
I also make a fresh sauce which is chosen by the customers from a wide selection I have to offer. This is then served with the fresh pasta at the end of the event. These workshops last approximately 2 hours. There are different packages depending on the level of previous experience and interest.
I can go to the customer's homes or hired venues.
I bring all the ingredients and tools to make the pasta and the sauce, customers only need to provide the cutlery and plates.
I am happy to teach children too, if requested.
