About Two Smokin' Barrels
All food is slow cooked on a 1.5 tonne offset smoker BBQ. Huge platters of food become the centerpiece of the table with a nominated carver. Anything from Briskets and Ribs to Chicken and Sausage. A selection of fresh and delicious sides will accompany the feast.
