Victor One Risk Management is a private security and risk management company headquartered in Durham.

We provide quality security solutions and services to our clients through our combination of manned and systems-based security provision, enhanced by our proprietary data management and analysis software. While we are rooted in the North East of England, our emphasis on a more horizontal management structure and our focus on operational flexibility have allowed us to deploy staff at scale on regional and national deployments. Victor One started its journey as a supplier of security personnel to Durham University's collegiate bodies for their events and summer balls, with our Managing Director being a graduate of the university. Our mission from the outset was to provide a more considerate and socially responsibly security service, one that understands its duties to the public whilst ensuring the safeguarding of our clients' assets and people. Since our inception in July 2022, we have since grown to be a respected contract security service across the North of England and further afield.
