About Woosah mobile events
Whether you’re planning a beautiful wedding, throwing a celebratory party, managing a smart corporate event or organizing a festival, our flexible packages suit a mix of styles and budgets.
A family business based in Bristol, Woosah was set up by Nick and Caroline in 2019. Both have backgrounds in business and events and were keen to put their experience to good use. The couple’s two sons are on hand to help out with large-scale events.
Our bespoke packages are simple and flexible and can be tailored to suit any occasion.
What you’ll receive
A fully stocked mobile bar – agreed to suit your taste/tailored to the event on an agreed date
A team of professional, licensed friendly staff
A private temporary event notice (if required)
Payment options
We offer a range of payment options to suit your event and budget.
You can choose from:
• Pre-paid bar – guests can enjoy drinks from a pre-paid bar for the duration of the event or to a
Pre-agreed limit, after which time they will need to pay for their own by card or cash
• Cash bar – guest pay for their own drinks with cards or cash
• Token bar – you pay upfront for a set amount which your guests receive tokens against. Once the tokens are used up, it becomes a cash bar
Please note:
Card payments only available when location enables WIFI or suitable 3G/4G data services
Glassware is available on request at an additional cost

Amazing service!
These guys were great from day one. Their communication was good, they were professional every step of the way and the organisation ahead of time meant that they could turn up on the day and had everything they needed for us to have an incredible wedding. We had beer, wine, cocktails and non alcoholic options and the whole menu was catered to what we had asked for. Would definitely use again.

Fantastic service from Woosah
Caroline and her team were amazing throughout the planning, organising and during the actual event. Nothing was too much trouble. Bar staff were always so helpful and attentive. The bar looked fantastic.

Fantastic service
I hired Woosah for their bar for my wedding. The bar was beautifully decorated, exactly what i wanted. There was great variety of drinks and the service was excellent. We were really pleased.

The woosah mobile events bar is an extremely smart refurbished horsebox bar which instantly looked amazing and really got the vibe at my event going! A family run venture, Caroline, was extremely helpful throughout the planning process and ensured it was all stress free from my perspective and all for a very reasonable price. 10/10
