About Wrapscallion
Hot food, Mexican twist with vegan and vegetarian options. Healthy, different and easily held tasty snacks. Mainly burritos but menu can be adapted to your liking.
We have a 5 star food hygiene rating and have been trading for over 3 years. Can handle busy markets and private events with ease. I've been a chef all my life.
The trailer itself is approximately 12 feet long including the hitch and 8 feet high. Runs on lpg gas and minimal electricity.
Can be plugged into standard household supply or I can run off my own battery. A generator is not always necessary.

Amazing!
Ed catered for our Wedding in Derbyshire at the end of June and was fantastic from start to finish. He was extremely accommodating with all my random requests, really genuinely lovely guy and he can sure cook! The burritos were incredible, every one of our guests that had one (some went back for seconds!) raved about how great they were and what a nice guy ed is. They were also excellent value for money! Great event
Our event was to provide breakfast butties to over 100 people on a building site early in the morning in the freezing cold and pouring rain. Ed beant over backwards to made this event a success and i couldnt of pulled it off without him. The sandwiches were lovely and the feedback was great. I will definitely be using Wrapscallion again and am already thinking how we can use him for our next event. Thanks Ed!

We received fantastic service from the Wrapscallion team at our cycling event in Manchester. So good in fact, we have invited them to attend more of our events later in the summer!

Great party food
This went down well at my son's 21st on Saturday. The feedback from the guests on the night was that it was a great idea, and they raved about the fillings. Ed made it all very easy for us as the hosts. Once he was on the drive he was self sufficient, leaving us free to circulate with our guests and leaving the kitchen free as the inevitable extra party zone. I would have no hesitation in recommending.
