Yardstick Foods

We are based near Edinburgh and operate across Scotland and the north of Down South. We provide freshly cooked food for any event, specialising in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cookery and imaginative vegan and vegetarian food.

We operate a handsome, specially built mobile kitchen that can operate self sufficiently anywhere. Alongside the van, we also run a charcoal oven trailer, cooking anything and everything for you.

We are able to provide a large range of equipment, from espresso machines, ovens, chargrills, hobs and fryers (as well as 'the beast' - our 600kg charcoal oven).
