Communication was great but the week before our event they emailed to say what we had booked couldn’t be catered for.
They did offer an alternative which didn’t quite fit the bill but we came to an agreement for something else. Joe our butler arrived and he was a huge hit from the start, what started out as a disappointment quickly turned into a fun filled enjoyable event which everyone in our party enjoyed. Well worth the money that I paid and I would definitely use this company again even with the hiccup that we had.

Brandon was a lovely guy, handled himself well in a particularly loud bunch of girls and provided hours of entertainment.

We had one guest with hearing impairment and he did a fab job making her feel included ensuring she could lip read at all times.
