Whether your event be a wedding, private party, themed or corporate occasion we are here to provide the services you will need to make sure your event runs successfully and professionally! We specialise in providing events staff from concierge, event managers, waiters, bartenders, security and catering assistants to who we tailor to fit your event needs. We have been very successful within the asian weddings industry where we have participated in over 100 weddings over the last 3 years in the East and West Midlands.

Not only do we provide events staff but we also provide a range of different events management services which are listed on our website. We strive to offer a professional, hassle free and friendly event management service where we tailor our services to conform to your needs in every aspect of your event. We also strive to deliver a continuous high standard of quality and value for you, our clients.

Such a gentleman, professional and understanding

Aman Klair managed our party of 250 people entirely on his own I was running late and asked him to take charge which he took entirely within his stride A true gentleman but also very trustworthy.

Staff turned up on time. Once given the tour of where they would be working, they got settled in and got to work. Aman knew what to prioritise to ensure everything ran smoothly. Thank you for your great service.

Wedding catering

Cannot recommend ABC enough. We booked at relatively short notice as we needed a few extra people to help serve food at our wedding and I’m so pleased we did. The waiters turned up on time, did a perfect job. There was no standing around and asking what was going on, they just got on with the job professionally and we were so impressed. I’d definitely use them in the future. Also brilliant value for money.
