My style is simple: I don’t stage your day, I document it. No awkward posing, no forced smiles, and no turning your wedding into a photoshoot. Just honest, natural storytelling that lets you enjoy the day while I quietly capture it as it unfolds.
I’m based in Worcestershire and photograph weddings across the UK. Couples often tell me how at ease I make them feel, which is a huge part of how I work, calm, friendly, unobtrusive, and always focused on the experience as much as the photographs themselves.
Before photography, I served 12 years in the British Army, which means I’m organised, reliable and calm under pressure. I also hold Licentiate qualifications with both the SWPP and BIPP, and over the years I’ve been recognised in the Hitched Wedding Awards, Bridebook and the Wedding Industry Awards.
But more than anything, I want you to look back at your photographs and feel something, not just see how the day looked, but remember exactly how it felt.
Our Story
Before becoming a full-time wedding photographer, I served 12 years in the British Army. That experience shaped a lot of how I work today. It taught me to stay calm under pressure, be organised, dependable, and quietly focused, all things that matter hugely on a wedding day.
Over the years, I’ve photographed hundreds of weddings and developed a relaxed, documentary-led approach that lets couples enjoy their day without it feeling like a photoshoot. My work has been recognised through industry awards and professional qualifications, but what matters most to me is creating photographs that take people straight back to how it all felt.
Our Team
I’m the one behind the camera, behind the edits, and behind the emails, so from first enquiry to final gallery, it’s always me you’ll be dealing with. I like to keep things personal, relaxed and easy, so couples feel looked after from start to finish.
Monty’s main responsibilities include supervision, snacks, and being outrageously photogenic, but he’s a big part of what makes the business feel like me. Between us, we keep things warm, welcoming, and very far removed from anything overly formal.

I’m also proud to have been ranked among the top wedding photographers in the UK, but the real highlight is always hearing from couples who say their photographs took them straight back to the feeling of the day.
