Welcome to Barbecue Grill Master. We are a family run all weather outdoor catering company available for hire. We operate in Essex and surrounding counties in England. We pride ourselves in providing you the best quality grills and roasts for all your events.
The creativity in our grills has made us the one stop shop for all outdoor catering, BBQ catering, Hog Roast catering and corporate events. We have amazing flavours and an exciting range of meat, poultry and sea food for you to choose from, including any special request.
All our food is fresh and sourced from local produce, we supply Halal meats and our suppliers are in London and Essex Farms.
We grill using charcoal grills to bring out the true BBQ Flavour, in a friendly and professional environment. Our menu is available to view on our website.
We are very compliant, and have all our risk assessments (Available on request).

Great all round service.
We booked BBQ Grill Master to provide a varied selection as a Christmas treat for our warehouse staff. The communication was spot on and the food and presentation was absolutely excellent and thoroughly enjoyed by all. I'm certain we will be using them again in the future.

Service was fantastic as was the communication. There was plenty of good quality food for everyone. The guests were wowed by the portions!
Definite value for money. There was lots of variety and no one left hungry. These guys will definitely be my first choice at our next party. They left the kitchen clean and tidy. I'm sad I don't have pictures to add.

Amazing lunch for our corporate event
Uzo was so helpful and friendly - he turned up and single handedly prepared and cooked a delicious BBQ with sides for 70 staff. The food was a big hit, the chicken in particular! We will definitely be using Grill Master again.
Lovely food, great service
Uzo and his team cooked up a fantastic BBQ with plenty of food for everyone and catered to everyone's dietary requirements. They were punctual and everything ran very smoothly. The guests loved the food and Uzo even boxed up the leftovers for us!
Excellent Service
Even though the weather was really not good Uzo and Kingsley completed the BBQ with excellent quality and good tasting food that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. They were both professional in their approach. We definitely would recommend them
