About Chop & Chip Co
Chop and Chip Co is a specialist BBQ catering company, founded in 2013 with a street food heritage.
Fuelled by their desire to offer restaurant quality dishes on-the-go, they set out to create a new and unique BBQ style food concept. Chop and Chip Co was born. Their mission is to serve up delicious and tender meats to the masses with a uniquely blended range of dry seasonings.
They started their food journey in Big Bertha, an original 1972 Californian Airstream trailer which was painstakingly brought back to life from a nearly worn-out state. It can be found up and down the country at various outdoor events serving, with pride, from the now gleaming and fully fitted trailer.
Since 2013, Chop and Chip Co have come a long way, expanding their menus to offer all things BBQ in various settings. The original Street Food menu allows you to build up your perfect meal with an exciting array of flavor's to choose from and tasty sides to add if you're extra peckish.
Their sharing boards designed to offer a social sit-down dining experience have become extremely popular for weddings and corporate events.
They can offer a traditional Hog Roast, creating a talking point at your event (this can also be served indoors in the winter months).
They also have a selection of indoor catering menus and can bring along a mobile bar with an extensive drink’s menu.

Above and Beyond service
Jeyda and Micheal were amazing. They made the event so smooth and made sure everyone was happy. Jeyda went above and beyond for my son’s 18 birthday party. Thank you for being so friendly, kind and they worked extremely clean. I could not tell that they had a Market Stall in my garden. Thank you Chop and Chip team for your amazing communications all the way.

Arranged this for a 40th Birthday party, everyone said how tasty the food was, Julia and Julia who cooked the food couldn't have been more friendly. Highly recommended

The staff certainly enjoyed the food which was well cooked and tasted excellent.
They came at the time stated and left not long after the last fantastic burger was eaten. They left no mess but full bellies.

Jada and Craig were fantastic. Booking, pre-arrival communication and food on the day was excellent. It was a company event to allow shopfloor, office staff and different shifts to mingle and get to know each other. Dietary requirements (gluten free, vegan, allergies) were well catered for and individuals who had these were very complimentary on the food. From start to finish, the service from Chop and Chip was excellent. Communication was fantastic, with lots of detail given so that I could make the right choices for my party. They were able to be flexible with an increase in guest numbers close to the event, and kept me updated and informed all the way. I was able to put my full trust in them. The food was great and everyone really enjoyed it. Highly recommend and would definitely use again for a future occasion .
