From day one our aim has been to change the way high output event catering is perceived. Our motto is simple, we don't serve what we are not proud of!

We aim for the highest possible standards while maintaining the ability to serve high numbers over a short period of time. We always receive compliments on our food and our service.

From sourcing sustainable fully traceable high-quality cod to training our staff on how to prepare and hand batter every filler before frying it to a crisp golden finish in high-quality fresh vegetable oil - never palm oil!

Our main team is all family, who are professional but with a fun edge and always make sure we bring our best!

We have a 5-star hygiene rating and all our staff have level 2 or above food handling certification as well as many other qualifications.

We have worked numerous events up and down the country from small village fetes to huge town festivals with 60,000 members of the public.

Rest assured big or small we can handle your event and give your guests a choice of quality food.

From our purpose build "chippy" trailer we are able to provide traditional hand battered fish and chips with all the trimmings along with all other provisions you would expect from a chip shop including scampi, sausage, pies, fishcakes, curry, gravy, mushy peas and hot and cold drinks.

We also offer dishes to appeal to the younger generation like cheesy chips and fish finger sandwiches.

Our trailer is also equipped to prepare and provide full breakfasts, breakfast bread rolls and burgers and hotdogs if required.
