Groove Travelling Discotheques is a professional Mobile Discotheque based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. As a company we pride ourselves in offering a superior level of personal service to all of our clients. We always aim to respond to your enquires within 4 hours but it should never take more than 24 hours, except Friday to Sunday as this is always our busy times.

Established in 1968 from the humble little town of Brigg in Lincolnshire later becoming South Humberside and now known as North Lincolnshire, we are a professional company supplying mobile discos for over 50 years. Now based in Ashby, Scunthorpe in the heart of North Lincolnshire, having over 200 years combined DJ experience has allowed us to build a good reputation and become recommended entertainers by some of North Lincolnshire’s top venues.
Whether your event is at one of these, or elsewhere, we promise to offer you good customer service, be flexible to your needs, listen to your suggestions and be as helpful as possible, to help you achieve the best entertainment package.
Groove have always had a passion for music and have built up a large collection of tracks from almost every genre and type. With over 50 years experience as a mobile operator we have done over 5000 functions like Weddings, Birthdays, Children's parties, Engagements, Anniversaries, Functions, Corporate Functions, Charity Nights and some of our DJs have worked in Nightclubs, Ibiza, Magaluf, Italy and the USA. We have a vast experience of entertainment and know what works well on a dance floor.

We provide Discos, PA Hire, DJs, Presenters and so on.
We can supply equipment from a small compact sound and lighting system up to a big bespoke system with intelligent lighting moving heads etc.
We always confirm all bookings in writing and issue individual contract. Once the booking is confirmed and a deposit paid you gain access to our online music request and planning system. The website planning is open 24 hours a day and will automatically submit your information to us 1 week before your wedding or party.
As a professional company we are proud to be members of NADJ, the National Association of Disc Jokey's, the Mobile DJ Network, Amp DJ.
We have also been awarded the DJ Mark award. From 2010 through to 2013 we held the Platinum Mark, and since late 2013 we have held the Diamond Mark and still hold it.
We are often asked for other forms of Entertainment as well as Discos, so together with our newly formed sister company Steelhows Ltd, we can now offer Bands, Magicians, Pianists and many other types of Entertainment for your wedding and other special events.
Having access to experienced professional entertainers, and being in a position to get a good deal enables us to organise more than just a disco, but the whole entertainment package for you, and take away some of the stress involved in organising a wedding reception, function, corporate event or party.
From our offices in Ashby, Scunthorpe very close to the major roadways of Scunthorpe we are available 7 days and nights a week covering the whole of North Lincolnshire and beyond, offering a fast and reliable service backed with years of experience and reputation.
