Harris's Hog Roast

Harris's Hog Roast began life in 2016 after I was made redundant and I decided to do something I had always dreamed of doing, running my own catering company.
Over the last 7 years I have catered at many various events including markets, parties, corporate days, weddings, car shows, Xmas events and many more.
I work with you to complement your day and make my arriving, setup and serving as unobtrusive as possible, weather it's outside from my gazebo or inside the venue.

I use East Anglian pork shoulders which are roasted fresh for every event, sometimes even starting in the early hours to be ready to serve at your event. The pork is served in freshly made white rolls with sage & stuffing, homemade apple sauce and crunchy crackling, also available at all events is a condiment box of ketchup, mayo, bbq, mustard & chilli sauces.

If required I can supply crispy 1/4lb vegetable burger served with mixed lettuce leaves & tomato, suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Gluten free rolls can be provided.

I offer a selection of freshly made salads including new potato salad, coleslaw, tomato & vegetable pasta, spicy chicken pasta and mixed lettuce leaves with cherry tomatoes.
