What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

We would need to know the location, the type of visit, and the length of time that you would like the entertainment, in order to provide our customer with a quote. From this information, we will be able to create an accurate quote and a full description of the services that we can offer you for your event or party.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Any and all suppliers of animals for parties and events must be fully insured and licensed. I would first ask the provider for copies of their documents, to prove that they are fully insured and licensed. Ask the provider about the animals and what they can offer in terms of animal interaction, as this will determine the type of entertainment they can offer and their level of care towards their animals and customers.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Nature's Burrow has slowly grown over years of sharing our love and interest of animals with others. The small family hobby grew as our amazing animals became more and more popular at local events and visits. We were asked to do more events and visits, developing into a thriving family business.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have had many amazing events and visits with this website. I think that our favourite has to be a local event that took place within a community hall. It was arranged as a small event by the organisers, however, they had received more interest than they anticipated on the day. There were many people there and we assured the organisers that everyone will be able to meet the animals. The event was a success and the reviews were amazing, even with some dark clouds threatening rain! The event organisers couldn't be happier and their customers were very impressed. I have recommended Add to Event to all of my friends and support the platform further by promoting them on our Facebook page.
