"Corina was great, she showed up promptly before the event and calmly took control of the table we had set up for her to use as a bar. From that moment on I didn't have to concern myself with anything, she supplied the servers with trays of filled champagne glasses for arriving guests, she topped up around the room and manned the bar for those who wanted other drinks including wine, beer and softs. At 11 ish, as arranged, she then quietly started mixing lots of espresso martinis and baby guinnesses. She had previously messaged me to advise me of the particular brand of ingredients I should get in for these, the premade coffee and vanilla syrup, and that was so handy. She stayed an extra hour for me, and I got lots of compliments about her."
