Hog roast made it so memorable

"Roy makes everything look easy. His can-do professionalism comes from his hospitality background; that, and he absolutely loves what he does and does his best to source really good quality pork from a great local butcher. We had half a small hog and it would have fed 80 people so there was loads to go around. Everyone loved it, and the veggie option was a delicious field mushroom in olive oil so that went down well too. It’s not cheap but you really get what you pay for: nice bread baps, homemade coleslaw, beautiful salad and eco plates etc. Roy is 100% reliable - sortsout every aspect of cooking, serving, and clearing the barbecue. It was a surprise 70th birthday party to remember. Thanks so much Roy, we can’t recommend you highly enough!"
