Thankfully did some research and came across Charms. They were amazingly prompt with responses and so helpful that I booked them the same day. Charm sent across different colour options for sashes in different materials with example pictures of venue set ups and expert advice on what she would recommend from experience. The service was so professional. The venue was set up perfectly without needing to contact us. I was thankfully able to meet Charm at the end of event as they set down and I was greeted by a friendly team. Will definitely be recommending them."
