What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, we need the date of the event, venue postcode, the estimated number of guests, which Princess, Superhero or Character they would like to invite. From this, we can check our availability and go on to book and secure their parties and/or events with us.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, be aware of previous reviews and recommendations, they can tell you a lot about a company. Check out their websites to see costumes and the level of attention to detail. Lastly, go with your gut and how the company makes you feel as a customer if they care about your wants and needs and go above and beyond to satisfy.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Tutus & Tiaras was founded in 2016 by myself (Rebecca-Faye John) while I was on a "break" from my regular work as a singer/dancer which took me all over the world.
The response received from delighted parents following my Princess Parties & Visits during the short break encouraged me to expand and take on and train team members to continue the service when I worked away from home.

Tutus & Tiaras continues to thrive and new Princesses/Superhero's and Characters are still being added as the demand increases.
We select our Performers based on their resemblance to and their ability to become those characters and along with the attention to detail of our costumes, this ensures you receive the best possible experience when you hire a Tutus & Tiaras Princess for your event/party.

Now in 2020, this is my full-time job and I am lucky enough to 'work' in a job which I love and am passionate about, creating memories to remember for a lifetime.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

I started this thinking I would get a few here and there but potentially wouldn't carry on, wow was I wrong. I have been lucky enough to be booked on numerous events and parties through this platform and am able to gain customers I potentially never would if it wasn't for Add to Event.

If I had to pick one it would have been attending the RAF events this year. We met some amazing families and made some wonderful memories ourselves as well as for those attending. The client was very happy and said they will be using us again which is wonderful news.
