For Little Steps Nanny and Events Agency to provide a quote, we would ideally require the date, the timings, the number of estimated children and also their ages. We would need to know the location and as to whether the event was to be held inside or outside. Once we have this information, we can provide a bespoke quote to our clients.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, I would ask them to look at the reviews on social media and also on Google. If their previous customers left reviews, this means a lot, as it takes time for someone to leave a review - how many times have you liked a product but have forgotten to leave a review or simply 'did not have the time'? I will hold my hands up and say I have on many occasions. Secondly, ask them about their pricing and whether there is any flexibility and why the pricing is as it is.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Little Steps Nanny and Events Agency was developed, as it is a nanny agency, with a difference. We don't only post up new jobs; we provide valuable advice, competitions, games, blogs, wedding nannies and event nannies for corporate days too. We are different and fairly unique. Charlotte, who owns and managed Little Steps Agency has been a childcare professional herself and is always thriving for more and to make the experiences better and to constantly improve. Nothing is ever too much - as our 5* reviews have stated!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

We have had many enquiries through Add to Event although as ours is mostly wedding based, with COVID19, there has not been much uptake currently. We are hoping towards the end of 2020 & 2021 to make the little guests at upcoming weddings happy and content!

BEST CHILDRENS ENTERTAINER EVER

"We had no idea this is the same guy that’s been our Santa for the last 3 years. Seeing him as Bongo Bonkers was another joy. The show was timed perfectly and kept the kids attention for the full length. We were smart enough to turn off the bouncy castles so there were no distractions. He had all the kids singing and dancing and even a couple of grown ups joined in. For the effort put in by him especially it being short notice I would have paid double. Even after the show he did not rush away off, he stayed around for a while and answered every question the kids had and mingled with everyone. No problems posing for photos. Honestly I couldn’t recommend enough. Even the puppet Juice Box was great. Perfect entertainer for kids!"
