What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

A good comprehensive quote can be made if the information by the client is as detailed as possible. Duration of time required from start to finish with breaks included or otherwise. Access requirements are sometimes needed to ascertain if additional equipment is to be used to service inside the event once parked. The numbers expected are paramount as the show is tailored to the attendees, small numbers get more interaction, larger numbers not so much, but all have involvement somehow.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

State exactly what you need. Balloons or bubbles, these always get mixed up as many call bubbles balloons for example. Available space is sometimes an issue and should be discussed prior and not on the day as preparation can be made beforehand. Check reviews and see what people have said.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Bubbles..............who doesn't love bubbles. We saw a bubbleologist in Barcelona about 10 years ago and were astounded by the response he got from the crowds that watched. Also, as he was a busker, we were astounded by the amount of donations he received. When we started we were immediately drawn to everyone's smiles that our bubbles bring. Even when the tricks go wrong, as they do, the laughter it brings is the best form of payment for our work.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Only a few bookings so far through this platform. However, they have been very well received even to a return booking planned in the future. Our unique act is magical and it does not matter if the weather is good or bad, bubbles always are a wonderment to all. There are no doubt more selections for the clients to be made available as many of the messages need a lot more information but this will come in time I am sure. I have recommended you to others as my wide search distance covers other bubbleologists areas also and we do like to share our gigs and referrals with each other when needed.
