What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
For us to provide a comprehensive quote, we require the event date, a brief description of the type of event, and an estimated number of guests along with budget requirements,
Thereafter we can send through a bespoke quote that is suitable for the client specifically.
If the event then confirms, and the client would like a bespoke cocktail service, they will be invited to The Washhouse - our speakeasy bar in Manchester where a complimentary tasting will be offered.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice we would give would be to do your research on the company. Do they have positive reviews, what are other peoples thoughts who have used them?
What equipment do they use and what is their ethos?

Dovetail Drinks was created by the men behind the Laundrette in Chorlton, and the Washhouse in Manchester which has been voted number 19 best bar in the world to visit.
I started with the company in June 2017 after being a weddings and events planner for some years, I wanted to work the festivals and see what that was about - so with our love of drinks and events coming together the only way was a mobile bar company.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
There has been lots of booking enquiries from Add to Event, its been a great platform to push a new business through!
We are yet to complete any bookings yet but have confirmed four which are coming up - we have found the platform very easy to use, and extremely straightforward.
One event we're looking forward to is for 800 people in June - we love doing big juicy events where we can creative with the bar specs, so that's great to be on view to that calibre of booking!
